Standard Program Includes:

Visa Supporting Documents:
All visa documents, including the University Admission Notice or School Offer, any required documents for visa application, your invitation letter and other necessary documents will be posted to you once your application has been accepted.

Airport Pick-up/Drop-off:
We meet all the participants at the airport and transfer you to the students dorm or hotel that you have selected. We will also take you back to the airport once the course has finished.

Welcome Pack:
Includes a Beijing map, local magazine, course timetable, emergency contact numbers, plus the locations of amenities such as pubs, supermarkets and the post office.

Study & Training Materials:
All participants will be given two pairs of training trousers and two SCIC T-shirts, plus two pairs of Feiyue shoes.

Orientation Day:
Participants will be taken on a brief tour around the campus or study schools and then on a more extensive walking tour of the neighborhood so you can orientate yourself and make the most of local facilities.

Study Certificate:
All participants will be presented with a certificate of the study and training programs attended, which is recognized by the International Wushu Federation.

Study Tuition Fee:
All the tuition fees of the university, professional team or school you select are included in the course.

Accommodation:
Accommodation is either a single room, a shared room or hotel room, and the payment for such is included in the course fee. We also provide all the bedding such as pillows, sheets and duvet or blanket in your room.

Taxes & Services:
All taxes involved are covered in the course fee. Other services we provide include assisting our students on opening a bank account and providing useful local information while you study and train in China.

Donation for SCIC Sports Fund Program:
There is a $5 donation from all course study fees to the SCIC Sports Fund. This means everyone provides a small contribution to our Sport Fund program, helping to raise money and awareness for children and senior citizens living in poverty, and to enable them to participate in more sporting and healthy activities in Yunnan Province.

Chinese Language Classes:
Four basic Chinese language lessons are arranged for Tai Chi students at the beginning of the course. This basic survival guide to Chinese is very useful and important for their stay in China.

Technical Terms in Chinese:
As the most of the Chinese Daoyin teachers do not speak English, this course is specifically arranged for foreign students to learn Daoyin technical terms and sentences, as well as Qigong and Daoyin idioms in Chinese. In this way students can smoothly enter into classes, and understand the basics of the class.

Study & Training Videos:
We provide a training video of your chosen style, covering key points of study for future training and development. Once back home, this will provide you with a guide to your martial arts study, and is also a reminder of your time with us.

Social Activities:
A wide range of activities will be organized weekly, free of charge, throughout the total program in Beijing. These include a Peking Duck feast, Chinese Hot Pot night, karaoke, Chinese teahouse, Peking opera and souvenir shopping. Our dinners and social evenings are fun-filled events and are a great way to meet other people from all over the world.

Beijing Sightseeings & Tours:
Specially arranged weekend tours provide an opportunity for students to discover Beijing's major historical and cultural attractions, including the Great Wall, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, Lama Temple, Tian'anmen Square and the Forbidden City. Admission, transportation and English speaking guides are provided at no extra cost.

Shaolin Temple Trip:
Participants will get the chance to study Shaolin Kung Fu with the renowned Kung Fu masters on a three-day trip to Henan Province, including two days spent at the temple itself. This trip comprises two groups, an External group which focuses on hard kung fu training, and an internal group which will be taught Buddhist qi gong and meditation. In addition you will also get to watch the world-renowned Shaolin kung fu monks in performance.

Chen Village Trip:
Participants will visit Chen Jia Gou (Chen village), where Tai Chi originated. Students will have the chance to learn the original style of Tai Chi, focussing on Chen-style Tai Chi forms and applications, taught by famous Tai Chi masters. Participants will also get to enjoy sightseeing and local activities.

Wudang Mountain Trip:
Three days of Wudang trip is available for all students with an additional cost, Trip includes learning Wudang styles and techniques under the instruction of respected kung fu priests. Immerse yourself in this sacred Taoist mountain, enjoy its harmonized and peaceful nature and cultivate internal chi and external power.
