Chinese Food & Cooking Course

Learn how to cook the Chinese way! Chinese food is famous the world over for its delicious tastes and variety. Each region of China has a distinctive cooking style, all based around harmonious principles and a fine balance of colour, texture and tastes. This course is open to anyone looking to cook Chinese dishes at home! This course is suitable for complete beginners, kitchen masters and anyone interested in Chinese culture.

Students can combine this course with another main program, studying two or three times a week at SCIC Beijing's Cultural Centre and learning simple Chinese dishes. Students can also participate in social activities and events! Travel opportunities are also available for anyone wanting to explore this amazing country further. With SCIC an exceptional China experience awaits you!

Beijing New Oriental Cuisine School
Course Duration: 1 day / 2 days / 3 days / 4 days / 5 days / 7 days
Timetable: 9am to 11am (Monday to Friday)

SCIC Cultural Center Beijing
Course Duration: 2 weeks / 4 weeks / 6 weeks/ 8 weeks
Timetable: 4pm to 5:30pm (Tuesday and Thrusday)

Single / Combined Courses:
Students have two options - choose one subject as your main focus or combine two together! Choose from Chinese Cooking and any of our other courses including Medicine, Calligraphy & Brush Painting and Film Studies. For more details please see the relevant web-pages or contact us.
